Welcome to Khan Meats. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Products

Khan Meats strives to provide fresh, high-quality halal meat products. Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance, weight, or packaging.

Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without prior notice.

Delivery

We currently deliver within Thunder Bay, Ontario.

A flat delivery fee of $5 CAD applies to all orders unless otherwise stated.

Deliveries are currently scheduled for Saturdays.

Customers must provide accurate delivery information when placing an order.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently available.

Payment must be made in full upon delivery of the order.

Failure to make payment may result in refusal of future orders.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before preparation begins. Once products have been prepared or dispatched for delivery, cancellations may not be accepted.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of fresh meat products, returns are generally not accepted.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will review the issue.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order at the provided delivery address.

Privacy

Customer information is collected solely for processing orders, providing customer support, and improving our services.

Changes to Terms

Khan Meats reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
